great park access and nearby trails for city explorers

I stayed at the hotel recently and absolutely loved the quick access to Jean & John Starkweather Shoreline Park, where I spent wonderful mornings walking along the water, and the stunning trails of Ring Mountain Preserve, which provided a perfect escape for some hiking and nature views. the kitchen in the room made it easy to prepare meals after a long day of exploring downtown.

A surprise twist in service

The staff unexpectedly went above and beyond, making our stay feel special. The room was clean and well-equipped with kitchen amenities.

However, the noise from the neighboring rooms was disruptive, and the towels were a bit worn. It would help to improve insulation.

my stay at extended stay was great! the staff was incredibly attentive, especially when there was an issue with my kitchenette—they fixed it within hours. plus, the location is perfect for dog walks along the bay. the housekeeping was meticulous, and i appreciate how friendly everyone was.

Family with children beware

The property was clean, but I had no room service during our stay, which was really frustrating. Also, the receptionist was incredibly rude when I asked about getting fresh towels.

It wasn’t exactly cheap either, but you know. for what we went through, I didn't expect luxury.

The spacious lounge areas and helpful staff made my stay delightful. It felt welcoming, just like visiting an old friend, with lovely decorations that brought a smile to my face and a sense of comfort.

Improved cleaning in common areas would be appreciated.
